Bring yourself, wear comfortable shoes, and if you get very thirsty, a water bottle. Vienna offers many free public water stations so refilling your water bottle will never be an issue (and since Viennese tap water comes directly from the Alps, it is extremely clean). Public restrooms in Vienna often cost €0.50 so bringing some spare change is encouraged. And if you’re in the mood for souvenir shopping, then definitely don’t forget your wallet!

Our tours will never be cancelled because of a little rain or snow! Austrian weather can be unpredictable in the summer, so we always encourage guests to either wear layers, a rain jacket, or bring an umbrella in case of an unexpected rain shower.  For our city walks, comfortable shoes are encouraged like sneakers, flats or sandals in the summer, and boots in the colder months.

The meeting point depends on hotel location, tour program, etc. We will contact you before your tour to discuss the exact meeting location. 

In the event that you need to cancel your private tour, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

• 20% administration fee of the full tour amount is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed
• Cancellation 5 days before tour date: 50% refund of total invoice amount
• Cancellation 3 days or less before tour date, or no-show: full loss of total invoice amount

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We do not accept cancellations by phone or by third parties.
