Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your private tour, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

• 20% administration fee of the full tour amount is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed
• Cancellation 5 days before tour date: 50% refund of total invoice amount
• Cancellation 3 days or less before tour date, or no-show: full loss of total invoice amount

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We do not accept cancellations by phone or by third parties.
